Super Star Tuesday: Max Talbot

During the season the NHL's biggest super stars come through Blueland, and I'm there with my camera waiting! Every Tuesday I will share pictures of a different NHL Superstar. If you have requests, let me know!


For the first Super Star Tuesday, who better to feature that the Super Star himself, Max Talbot of the Pittsburgh Penguins! Wanna know why they call him Super Star?


The first time the Pens came through this season, Max was returning from an injury. I made him this sign. He liked it, he jumped into the glass right on my sign.





This season I got the most amazing opportunity to see the Penguins practice at the Duluth Ice Forum when they came to town to play the Thrashers.

About now you are looking at this picture and thinking "that's not Max Talbot" and you would be correct. This IS however the reason I do not have a picture of me and Max Talbot. I was taking a picture of Marisa andKris Letang when Max slipped by me. I've forgiven Marisa though. She took a huge risk leaving her prime viewing spot of the Pens playing soccer to come and get me. We are even!
