Not that my photos are sad, at least not all of them. It is sad because I only do this during the off season and this means the off season has started for Thrashers fans.

I chose this photo because it's got two Stars from Dallas who won't be with the team next year. Modano's contract is up and it's not known if he will be offered another. The Stars have confirmed that they will NOT be extending another contract to Marty Turco.

Hopefully Marty will go somewhere in the east (so we don't have to play him often), but that means you might get to see him more :)
