Atlanta's All Stars!

Congratulations to Toby Enstrom and Dustin Byfuglien! These Dmen will be representing the Atlanta Thrashers in the 2011 All Star Game in Raleigh, North Carolina.


Dustin comes as no surprise. Buff leads all NHL defensemen in goals with 16 and is tied for the lead in points (41) with Detroit’s Nicklas Lidstrom. He is also tied for the NHL lead in game-winning goals.



Toby Enstrom...wait, who? Toby's All Star status comes as no surprise to Thrashers fans, but many fans around the league aren't familiar with our "Pocket Swede." Enstrom is third in scoring among NHL defensemen, three points behind Byfuglien and Lidstrom. Toby is more likely to pass than shoot, but this season he has a career high eight goals. His 30 assists tie him with Lidstrom for the lead among defenseman. Enstrom has played 291 consecutive games since making the Thrashers roster in 2007-08 and has never missed a game in his NHL career. *knock on wood*
