More attempts to get through the last few weeks of the summer
Hockey commercials, I love them. I like mine funny. There are some fabulous serious commercials like the cup pass and the frozen pictures from last season. I like mine funny though. I thought I would share my favorite Top 5 Hockey Commercials. Besides, not like there is much else to watch, right? Okay, had to Make it my Top 6 because I couldn't get rid of a few.
6. I have to have this in here because it's Atlanta's own (for right now and hopefully longer) Ilya Kovalchuk.
5. Marty Turco in the Caravan. If my husband had to ask "Sweetheart, what is Marty Turco doing in the Corolla"...there would be trouble!! And apparently like Bobby Holik, Marty hates music.
4. Swedish Twins! I'd pay a few loonies or toonies to see that! I love the guy with the radio.
3. The old Nike Goalie Commercials. There are about ten of them and it's so hard to narrow down. I could have done a count down on them alone. This is one of my favorites. If you haven't seen them in a while, hop over on youtube and watch them all.
My actual favorite is the baby sitter, but the guy who posted the video wouldn't let me inbed, jackass. Here is the link. "YOU'RE PRACTICALLY 5'6''!!!!!!!!!!"

2. Alex and the snack machine. "I SAY LEFF...LEFF." I say that to my husband when giving directions now.
1. The Road Trip. Best hockey commercial EVER! It's hard for me to pick favorite parts. I love Joe eating the mints and mumbling "nuffin" when the maid asks what he's doing. I of course love the shaving cream in the face of Marty Turco compliments of Luongo and Miller. Staals pillow fighting. And, of course, the Ovy ordering room service for Sidney. "How many in the room? Jus me." Chicken corndogs, lobster with lots of ketchup. So funny.
Honorable Mention. I have to put this on here because it's like they made it just for me!
Let's do this!!!

Aren't those a hoot? I could watch the Nike Goalie commercials all day.
There is also a video on youtube of the making of the Road trip commercial which I have watched several dozen times.
