Thrashers Practice Wednesday, October 7
I dragged my ass out to practice yesterday morning. The rink wasn't as cold as it was Monday, thank God. Took a few picks, but mostly just enjoyed watching the guys. knew it would be a good way to feed my Thrashers fix since there won't be another home game for almost 2 weeks.
Planning and strategery.
After some drills, some of the guys changed jerseys to even things up. And yes again, I went there and took pics.

Kane, Colby and the Moose.
I noticed there was a small change in the lines. Reasoner was hanging out with the Greek Gods (in red).
Instead of being with Thor and Boults, Slater was in orange with Kane and Colby.
I got a look at our new guy, #16, Christoph Schubert. He was having some immigration issues being a European player coming from Canada, they should be cleared up soon.
Schubert: So how is Atlanta.
Colby: It totally rocks. I cried for days when I had to leave Pittsburgh, but then I realized how awesome this place is.
Schubert: What's so cool about it?
Colby: There is a ton of stuff to do, good restaurants, passionate fans yet I can still go get groceries without being harassed.
Schubert: Well that's good I guess. Is that SpongeBob on Johan's helmet?
Moose tracking the puck.
Looking like he is deep in thought. Moose had a new defensive weapon at practice. He would gather up snow on his stick and when the guys would get close to him he'd flip his stick and give them a snow shower. While funny, it wasn't very effective.

Good luck in St. Louis, boys!
