Thrashers Prospect Camp: Day 6 Final Day
It was a long day a the rink today, hell it was almost like getting up and going to work! After the massive fail of not getting my picture with Klingy yesterday, that was my goal for the day!
The day started out with drills for both teams.

Team blue divided up into team and did some puck moving drills. I wonder if nobody wants the goalies on their teams for these drills. This was my favorite team, it had Klingy, Jordan AND a goalie. Win-Win!

Camp broke for lunch. The babies got their Happy Meals and went back to the hotel for a nap. Lisa and I went to Sports Authority and got some good deals on Thrashers merch. Then we went to Bahama Breeze for lunch and a few cocktails. How decadent, drinking in the middle of the day!
So we went back to the rink for the big 4 on 4 final. We had a good crowd for a Wednesday afternoon, probably over 150 people.
Two of those people, Dan Kamal and his wife, were there to see Chris. The were in the Breakaway Grill overlooking the ice.
Team White really needed to "bring it." They were down 2 - 0 in the series.

The super star of the game though was Baby Dan (Chris) Kamal! He went lights out and didn't let any goals in during the period as well as the shoot out.
Someone needs a time out! Will O'Neil and Bubnick were a little grumpy and started a bit of pushing. Play nice, babies!

Redemption! Team White wins 6-2. No sweep for Team Blue.
So you know this week it's been all about Klingy on my blog. After seeing his post draft interviews, I knew I would like him. I love a funny guy. Then after a few days of camp, I just adore this kid! I had to get my picture with him! It was too crowded the first few times. Tuesday would have been perfect, but I chickened out (FAIL). I emailed my buddy Lisa and asked if she would take my picture with him and she said sure.

So I got my pic with Klingy. He was sooooo nice. I'm delirious and excited in this picture....not sure why I look like Jaba the Hut.
See, it's not just me. Everyone loves Carl! He got tons of cheers and applause when he would score.

So camp is done. I miss the babies already. Have a safe trip hope guys! Now starts the longest two months for hockey fans.

This is going to be a loonngg stretch of no hockey after Flames camp.

Yay! Glad you liked them. I had the camera on burst mode and you always get interesting pics. I have on of him where I think he is picking his nose. Decided not to do that to poor Levko lol.
Awwww, I love behbeys so pictures will always be enjoyed, especially any Thrashers behbeys.

After this week, I'm kinda starting to dig Pasquale. Too bad he is/was over in the O.

Boys are so gross. I've go pictures of the Thrashers spitting, burping, scratching and adjusting themselves lol. That's what you get on burst mode.

I like Pasquale, I'm thinking he might be in our ECHL team the Gwinette Gladiators this year. One goalie is property of Chicago so he's gone and the other is no longer under contract. I might be getting more pics of him if so :)
