Bruins vs Thrashers

The Big Bad Boston Bruins rolled into town this week. They actually haven't been as big and bad as they were last season and have struggled. In fact, after this game, they were tied with us for 22 points and we have played 3 less games. I wasn't nearly as afraid of us playing them as I usually am.



Also weighing heavily on my mind was my sign! Would Timmy like it? Would he acknowledge it and cause a shake up in my favorite goalie ranks??




So this is the sign I went with. An all American themed Olympic poster.

Well Timmy definitely saw my poster. My buddy Kerry snapped this picture of him checking my sign out.





HE LOVED IT! He smiled really big, kind of laughed and mouthed "thank you" to me.

Imagine my delight when the usher came down and informed these two Bean Town Douchebags that they needed to sit down, calm down and stop pushing on the the glass.

First period was pretty bleak for Thrashers fans. It also zoomed by, there was only one penalty the entire period. The period ended with us being behind 2-0.

Blueland was a much happier place in the second period. Antro scored his first goal of the season and Kovy scored a powerplay goal to make the score 2-2.
